Hongria ha aturat el subministrament de dièsel a Ucraïna i no el reprendrà fins que Ucraïna repari l'oleoducte Druzhba-Szijjártó. Eslovàquia ha declarat una situació de crisi al país a causa de l'escassetat de productes derivats del petroli i no els exportarà a Ucraïna. Tots els productes derivats del petroli s'enviaran al mercat nacional. El primer ministre Fico va dir que Eslovàquia podria suspendre el subministrament d'electricitat a Ucraïna.
